• Fully Insured Protection: We carry full liability insurance. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before the event, just let us know and we will have it sent over directly.
• Open & Unlimited Communication: Planning a wedding is a journey, and we are with you every step of the way. From the moment you book until the last dance, you have open-door communication with us via email or text for any questions or updates.
• Two Guaranteed Consultations: We never wing it on your wedding day. To ensure we are completely aligned, your booking includes two dedicated Zoom planning sessions:

The Kickoff Consultation: A "getting to know you" session right at the beginning to lock in your vision, vibe, venue info, and basic timeline.

The Mandatory Pre-Wedding Consult: A final, same-page meeting a few weeks before the big day to finalize your script, processional timings, and must-play lists so everyone is locked in.
